February 28 Update: 35 Weeks

Weight: 1799 g (3 lbs 15 oz)

Just one gram shy of being able to graduate to an open crib:)

30 ml feedings (every 3 hours)

We loved getting to do Matthew’s cares together tonight, 🥰 and we had the best time holding him and talking to him and just hanging out. His nurse Arianna was so sweet, answered all my questions, and just let us do our thing. She said Matthew sometimes likes to hold his breath (probably what accounts for a lot of his desats), but that he should grow out of it.

Matthew got a Darbe shot today to help increase his red blood cell count. Waiting for more info from the doc about that.
