March 20 Update

Weight: 2235 g (5 lbs 5.83 oz- dropped a little from yesterday…must be from all the pooping 😆)

Head: 31.5 cm (last week was 30.5 cm)

Length: 45 cm (same as last week)

Feeding: 46 ml/45 min (every 3 hours)

Earlier in the day, Matthew had had his first experience being bottle fed and he got 8 ml the first time and 11 ml the second. That’s a great start. He has to be eating completely by mouth to be able to be discharged, so we are thrilled to see his progress. Tonight was also Matthew’s best night breastfeeding. So proud of this kid. ❤️Hoping he will be able to keep it up.
