March 5 Update

Weight: 1940 g (4 lbs 4 oz)

Matthew did the cutest thing during skin to skin tonight. The nurse put him up on my chest, and he kept lifting his head up and back so he could see my face. It’s like he was trying to get a better look at me😆. That face is adorable, and he is so strong being able to lift his head up like that. It must have worn him out because he fell asleep not long after that and was totally out the rest of the time I held him. I read a whole chapter to him while he breathed deeply and slept.
