March 8 Update

Weight: 2085 g (4 lbs 9.5 oz)

Feeding: 40 ml over 60 minutes (every 3 hours)

His fast breathing (I can’t remember the medical term for it) is something that he should grow out of. They aren’t exactly sure what’s causing it…could be reflux…but it’s not uncommon in preterm babies. For now they are just watching it. One of the respiratory therapists came in again tonight to suction out his nose so he could breathe better. So grateful for her:)
